Decorated in a charmingly rustic style with hints here and there of the Algarve’s nautical past, the O MARINHEIRO Restaurant, at Sesmarias in Albufeira, was founded by Monika and Joaquim Coelho over two decades ago and since then has enjoyed an excellent reputation throughout the region.

Opened in 1995, Restaurante O Marinheiro is a casual fine dining restaurant, offering Mediterranean cuisine and warm hospitality in a inviting ambience. Our food is sourced from top quality seasonal ingredients, featuring a high percentage of local products. Our chefs combine quality, freshness and seasonality with modern-creative and traditional Mediterranean cuisine.

We are open daily (except Mondays) from 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Closed for company holidays from December to March.
